A simple & easy recipe for a Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream that you can make at home. Top it off with some roasted peanuts & caramel sauce, and enjoy!

Ingredients (Serves 5-6)
Ripe Bananas x 4
Peanut Butter x 4 tbsp
Vanilla Extract x 1 tsp
Cinnamon (A pinch)

Method:
1. Take your ripe bananas, cut them into slices and put in the freezer for 2 hours.
2. Get a blender, add your frozen bananas and blend till the bananas are smooth and creamy. You’ll have to do this back and forth since the bananas are frozen and tough to blend.
3. Add your remaining ingredients and blend again till everything is combined.
4. Chill in the freezer for atleast 2 hours or more.
5. Serve with roasted peanuts, chocolate sauce or caramel sauce (whatever you like)

Since this Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe is dairy and sugar free, the taste will be dominant of bananas. If you want it to be more creamy or milky, add heavy cream or milk while blending.
